We discovered Woodward Homes in 2019, when we made an offer on a westside Brentwood, Tennessee reno they had done very much to our tastes. While our bid was too low to get the house, the Woodward name stuck in our consciousness until we undertook a reno on the eastside Brentwood house we ended up buying. Soon into the project, which we were supervising ourselves, we ran into problems too numerous to recount here. So we called Woodward, who cleaned up messes both literal and figurative, coming up with great designs that were impeccably executed. Woodward's forthrightness throughout kept us at ease. Any difficulties, however small, they would smooth out, never evading or deflecting responsibility. Because the results knocked our socks off, and the pricing was fair, we sought no other bids for our next project in 2022: a down-to-the-studs reno of a dilapidated 3000sf ranch across the street from Brentwood High. This was a much more involved reno in which designer Elizabeth went enthusiastically with our mid-century intention. The project came out so well, in fact, that it brought the highest price per square foot ($565) of any Brentwood home that was not a new build. As is their way, when little issues with our properties have come up, even after warranty expiration, contractor Mike is always there to address them timely and competently, never taking advantage. This is in our opinion a smooth, high-functioning, long-term relationship we have established with Woodward Homes, whom we recommend without reservation.
